Description

A higher handlebar can make a classic touring build more useful for everyday riding. This Velo Orange quill stem pairs a positive 17° extension with a chrome finish and smooth welds.

It is made for a 26.0 mm bar and a 22.2 mm quill opening. Choose the extension above to suit your reach; the 190 mm total height includes the part that must stay inside the fork steerer.

Fit comes first

Designed for a 22.2 mm quill opening in a 1-inch threaded fork steerer. Confirm the handlebar clamp diameter, usable insertion depth and cable length before ordering. Keep the minimum-insertion mark inside the steerer. A higher position changes bar height and reach together. Use Fit Lab to compare your handlebar and stem position. Not sure? Ask us first.
