A question about your bike, a part, or an order? You’re in the right place. Every message is answered personally.
Fit Help · Free, before you order
Let’s see what fits.
Old bikes come with a few mysteries. If you’re unsure whether a part will work with yours, send us what you know. You don’t need every measurement to get started.
- The plan. Which parts are you considering, or what would you like to change? Product names or links are helpful.
- The bike. Brand, model, and approximate year, if you know them. “Not sure” is a perfectly good starting point.
- A few photos. One of the whole bike, plus clear close-ups of where the parts will go.
- Any measurements you have. Share the numbers or photos of size markings. We’ll let you know what else to measure.
This opens a draft in your email app. Add your photos as attachments before sending. We’ll review your setup and help you work through the fit questions.
Fit Help is free advice based on the photos, measurements and details you share. Older bikes may have parts that differ from their original specifications, so we cannot guarantee fit from a distance. Please confirm the required measurements before ordering. A bicycle mechanic can check anything you cannot measure confidently.

Orders & delivery
Include your order number and a short note about what you need. If you’re asking about shipping before you buy, send your postal code and the parts you’re considering. Our shipping policy is a useful first stop.
Returns & something not quite right
Wrong item, damaged parcel, or a part that needs a closer look? Send your order number, a description, and a few clear photos. For a return, check our returns policy and email us before posting anything back so we can share the next steps.
Build stories & working together
Giving an old bike a useful new life? We’d love to hear what you’re doing with it. Send a few photos and the story behind the changes. Workshops, makers, and fellow small shops: if you have a project in mind, tell us about it.
One inbox, real conversations. A clear subject line and a little context help us get straight to your question.
